I don't really know. He just kinda came to me one day and was like "Let me have a chance at this." so I let him have his own blog and it blew up from there. He speaks to me so much more than any of my other muses, and I'm always so interested in his past and such. Even if he's a bit of a dick, he's a great muse.

"Surely you don't plan to live every moment of of your life on the battlefield. There's no need maintain such pretenses in front of me. I know what your strengths and you limitations already." He hadn't expected her to get so defensive about something as trivial as a hairstyle. It made him suspicious. "What's the big deal? It's just hair. Or is it something more than that to you?"

"Of course I don't plan to live every moment on a battle field. After all, I'd like to settle down at some point and live out my life in peace. But my mother always told me that short hair is easier when a woman has children. There would be no yanking, after all." Maybe her talking about children would make him back off. It was worth a shot. "I'm not maintaining pretenses, Sasori, this is my life currently. Which is why my hair has remained short." 

She stared at him for a moment before frowning. Her brows knitted together in confusion. "Of course it's just hair, what else would it mean? I like it short and I'm tired of growing it out simply because that's how other people prefer it--" Oh.
