Closed || Raven & Azula
Raven stood in the coffee shop, leaning against a wall. Normally she would have earbuds in, but she had to have them out in order to hear her name called. It was crowded, which she hated. Large groups crowded all around her, the people towering over her and bumping her. She scowled, adjusting her hood and putting her hands back in the pocket of her grey hoodie. As she looked away from a rather large group of people that were getting way too close to her, she noticed a slightly familiar face. It was that girl she had seen a few days earlier. She had the face and body Raven wished she could have, but had no chance with... Which was just really annoying. Raven had no intention of going up to her and she hoped the other felt the same. “Raven,” called one of the workers. Raven attempted to shove her way through the crowd, receiving a lot of dirty looks for no reason. “Thanks,” she said, in her monotone voice, when she finally reached the counter.
“Speak slower, please. I’m running on less than an hour of sleep, and my coffee machine broke. It is taking all of my energy to listen to you right now.”
“Okay so, we aren’t going to talk about how I caught the science wing on fire that’s not the point.”
“Okay, you know what, let’s play a game. It's called Don't Bother Raven!”
“That feel when you want to write but you have no inspiration.” She dramatically sighed. "Be my muse. Get my creative juices pumping.”
“I don’t understand what you are trying to ask me. You’re going to have to be a little more forward right now because this is out of my field of expertise.”
“Oh!” Oswald cracked a smile, “You hear that? This song is everything!” he was referring to the opening notes of Funky Town by Lipps Inc. The greatest song of all time, in Oz’s opinion, “Dance with me, darling,” he shimmied as an invitation.
