Let’s just understand why Even got back together with Sonja. Isak told him that his life will be better without any crazy people on his life. Therefore, Even decided to leave him alone, because he was a bit crazy, and Isak didn’t knew it. Even, thought that it will just hurt him, and since Sonja already knew about his mental condition he decided to stay with her. Maybe because he believed that Isak wouldn’t understand. So Even kissed Isak for what he thought it was the last time
