Oh, I remember this one. And it's burned into my brain. I know I saw this in cinemas back when I was 11/12 years old and certainly remember how naughty Jack Frost was. This reminds me of Rise of the Guardians but instead of Boogyman being the bad guy, it's Jack Frost wrecking havoc. It's also to notice that Martin Short never half asses the roles his play even if the movie isn't the greatest.
