I don’t like my family trying to force heterosexuality on me. I have a boyfriend right now but before him I really only dated gals. When my dad found out, he didn’t let me come home for a week- which was fine because my parents are divorced, so I stayed with the kinder and more accepting parent (my mom). Plus I’m Vietnamese so there’s a big emphasis on family values; being straight is usually a part of that.
