where do i begin with you
i am so glad that i somehow met you by chance some three-odd years ago. i’ve loved getting to watch your art style evolve and improve, and all the opportunities you’ve gotten and people you’ve met because of it. you’re so unabashedly yourself and so passionate about your art that it spreads to other people and makes them want to be the best they can be! you’re hilarious, you have a wonderful taste in fashion (midwesterners.... they have layers), you’re kind, you’re supportive, you stand up for what you believe in, you’re an absolutely incredible artist and i love the way you tell stories - both with your art and in person.
i think you really nailed it the last time we saw each other, with that comment about how it feels like we’re two travelers catching up in a tavern somewhere. i just wanna wrap myself in a cloak and sit with you next to a fire and talk about anything and everything that’s happened in our life travels. it’s a comfortable and warm friendship and i’m so glad for it.
