This is to remind you that network news [in all its forms...terrestrial, internet, etc] seeks to sell audiences THEIR view of reality. Now, it is truth that things of all kind do happen [I am not denying the reality of events]. What I am objecting to is the notion that what happens [and thus appears on the news] is somehow gravitationally 'normal'. When you see something on the news, ask yourself [and RESEARCH for yourself] 'how often does what just happened happen?'. You will find that what is sold to you as normality is, in many cases, anomaly. Anomaly disguised as normality is what causes us stress. Don't buy in.
