Financial Wealth is a signal, not ultimate truth.

The reason why people get wealthy is that the market (whichever one he or she is in) is simply rewarding the systems and behaviors in that market necessary to succeed. Whether salesman, surgeon, or Shylock, the conditions of that market, over time, signal what is valuable. Wealthy people see those signals better. What wealth does not signify, however, is humanity. To truly see humanity, your motive must be the betterment of humanity itself. For that, there is no financial profit market. Don't expect to become financially wealthy simply because you care about people.

There is no more dangerous way of thinking than fundamentalism

Religion is exhaustive to the human spirit; it asks us to deny the near and now for the afterlife, all without guarantee. Be good in the here and now. For this you need no catechism, dogma or belief, other than the notion that you are bettering the world for its own sake.

Abhor all things that deny life, the life of the here and the now, the energy that allows us all to affirm our world, the world of phenomena.

Be drawn only to groups based on what you hope to achieve, not simply as a matter of belief.

The minute you associate yourself based merely on belief or inherit characteristics, you're cooked.

There is no reason for you to carry with you the heuristic that guarantees that someone who shares your external characteristics shares your internal values.
