'Let's Run' - Campaign
BBC Scotland reports that "just under two-thirds (64.3%) of adults, aged 16 and over, were classed as overweight or obese, with a body mass index (BMI) of 25 and over." (2011)
With the upcoming 2014 Commonwealth Games being held in Glasgow, this project utilises the steep pavements and stairways along public avenues to encourage and motivate a healthier lifestyle and well-being.
