Sara and Aizawa - Long Ride Home WIP. The lines are nearly done here. The horse was a pain, as I have not drawn horses in quite some time. The mountains are still being worked. So much to do still even though this picture has worn me out. >< I love it. Next update will at least be complete flats and background. I still need to finish the rein lines going to his right hand but w/e.

And I’m working on this- a scene with my OC Sara with Aizawa in my fantasy AU story. I am such a sucker for medieval stuff, so this is one of the funnest things. If anyone ever wanted to hear, I’d like to elaborate on the story~... But the TLDR version of this:

Sara runs a library that has regular books but specializes in selling / renting out grimoires that she enchants. Aizawa frequents this library. She ends up getting kidnapped because she’s quite naive and being used by another kingdom that’s bent on power, to enchant books and weapons for their use to conquer other places. Entire band of my friend’s OCs and their BNHA ships invade and stop this kingdom and its queen (another friend’s OC, Shizu), and in the process, they rescue Sara. But he’s pissed off at her for being reckless and too trusting, and now she’s gotta deal with a long ride home in snow with an irate Aizawa behind her.

Fantasy AU Sara and Aizawa sketches that I couldn’t decide which variation I... Liked more? It was quick. I plan to ink this in the beginning of next year when I have more time. I needed a break from drawing Christmas stuff. My group and I have really been busting our creative butts coming up with stuff for this. Sara is a scholar, and she is naturally gifted at enchanting tomes and creating spell-bound grimoires, and enhancing the magic of already existing ones as well. She runs a magical library that is connected to an alcohol-free tavern and cafe, which is ran by her father. The non-alcoholism is a choice made specifically because they don’t really want drunkards around their books~. They only sell books to those who are licensed to own and purchase them. Aizawa uses the library from time to time for research and other likely obvious things. Like. Magical books. Haha. We HC he still does underground hero work on his own, just in a fantasy setting. Another obvious seeming thing. She has very little physical ability, and while is extremely intelligent as far as book-smarts go, street smarts... Not so much. She’s overly trusting, which gets her into some big, big trouble eventually. Shout out to @catflattery for working so hard on the timeline this last few days. You’re the best.

This picture was pose practice from a pre-made pose and I was testing some coloring styles, and it was also kind of a meme from my MHA group to redo poses from a page. 

This is more self insert art with my (currently very sleepy) character Sara and Aizawa from BNHA. I’m in a self insert group and ship them together~ and it’s literally my favorite. Thing. In the world right now. He warms my heart, and I love the story I have for them so much. And he’s… Kind of a tsundere???

She’s insanely shy, and loves that Aizawa works so hard- she thinks he’s insanely brave, but doesn’t like how self sacrificial he is. TLDR, all she wants in the world is for him to stop being stubborn and take care of himself, and when he gets hospitalized from the first villain attack she absolutely cracks.

She’s a student counselor at U.A., and her quirk is Anxiolytic Transference. She’s definitely not a hero type…

Quirk Abilities: Sara can slow the brain waves of a person and take the anxiety (and other negative emotions) from them, and gives them her own ‘calmness’ in return, sort of like an emotional sedation effect. Triggered mostly by touching the target’s skin with her own hands. She has to will this ability to work, so it isn’t just any time she touches people- she has control over the affect. It can also be put into any edible object by holding it in her hands and focusing a concentration of the power into it. When touching a person, it works best when her hands are placed atop the head. Physical contact works the fastest, but putting it in food is the healthiest for her, since she isn’t absorbing their emotions (see Quirk Weaknesses for for more information.) The downside of putting it in food or drink is that it takes much longer to work since it has to be digested. When the effect is placed in the substance, it never wears- however, she can’t make a whole lot of it at once or else she tires out. She can give it to others and they can use it in battle, like rations, for members who are having breakdowns or mental strains.

Quirk Weaknesses: A major part of her story. The negative emotions she takes from others really starts to get to her. The more unstable she is, the less her quirk helps others, and the more it obviously hurts her. To add to this, real life events that cause her to break and mess with her ability to perform even more. She struggles to be consistently conditioned healthily to use her quirk.

Aizawa / Sara Fan-fic Info

I am currently in the works on an Aizawa and Sara fan-fiction from start to finish of how they met/became a thing and how she started working at U.A. as a student counselor. I’ll update this with more information as time comes.

This story goes specifically in events of the current unaltered canon timeline.

UPDATES WILL BE EDITED INTO THIS POST AND I WILL REBLOG THIS EACH TIME I POST A NEW CHAPTER. 

I currently have chunks of long one shots written out in random spaces all the way up to the current manga timeline, but nothing is in order, and I want to start a fresh timeline, so that it will be far less confusing for people who don’t know the full brunt of things.

Currently, 4 chapters are planned out, titled:

Chapter 1) The Girl with the Calming Quirk

Chapter 2) Orientation Day

Chapter 3) Leave Well Enough Alone

Chapter 4) The Apology

Other important things to note:

This ship is part of a MUCH larger group ship on Discord with my friends and I OF LITERALLY ABOUT 25 PEOPLE, who each ship with some character from BNHA within very few exceptions, so those additional characters will be explained briefly in summary and added to chapters and spoken of as if they were always there.

Examples: Mimi Alan, Shizu Motora, Kochi, Ryukaa Miura, Kohana Meyer, et cetera.

I am registered on Ao3 officially now, and will be begin posting them before New Years sometime.

I’ll also be working on a Fantasy AU spinoff of them, which is also mostly planned, too. I’m so grateful for those who have asked about them/taken interest in reading about them and my story. I am so shy about these things, and the positive comments and questions really makes me feel overjoyed.
