I know Gabriel's title is The Wrath of God, which btw is badass as fuck, I love it! And that Israfel's title is The Grace of God, I was wondering the titles of the other Archangels and Ramiel's before he fell

This has actually been answered before! Here’s the original one, a question about if it’s a counterpart to the seven sins, and why they were given those titles. I went ahead and reposted the titles and why below for you though! God’s top two/primary archangels were given the titles the Left and Right Hand of God. The Left Hand is the punishing hand, the forceful one and the war leader (Gabriel).Michael, as the Right Hand of God, is the more open palm, the poster boy. The Defender of Faith is given to him in concordance with his other title. He protects Heaven and the faithful, the counterpart to the Wrath of God. Israfel is the most diplomatic of archangels, the one who is sent to parlay and negotiate with others–this earned him the title of the Arbiter of God. His healing skills have also garnered him the title of the Grace of God, for when he walks among the sick and dying, they are restored, ‘by God’s Grace.’Sarethiel is an enigma who has delved deeply into how Heaven works. Because of their mysterious behavior and knowledge of most secrets, they have the title the Keeper of Secrets. Their second title, the Silencer, refers to the fact that those who speak ill of Heaven often disappear or go quiet after a visit from Sarethiel–that title is more unofficial and it is never used to their face. Hanael is the Herald of Heaven. As the youngest archangel, she doesn’t have a lot of feats to her name. She is loud and boisterous in her piety, and she inspires others and is often given the task of delivering news–hence she is the Herald of Heaven. Auriel is the Flaming Sword and the Redeemer. Auriel likes to use Holy Fire on her Angel Blade, and it’s become a trademark of hers. She is also called the Redeemer because she once turned the tide of a battle by convincing a Fallen to remember where they came from. The Fallen was killed, but the title stuck. Raphael is the Guardian of the Gates and the Voice of God. Raphael will often convey God’s word to others, working more in Heaven than elsewhere. as the archangel most in Heaven, Raphael is also considered the last defense of sorts, the archangel who will meet any oppositional force at the gates. Ramiel was the Guide and the Eyes of God.He would help guide younger angels and souls entering Heaven. As he often went to earth, more so than any other archangels, he was viewed as God’s eyes on earth, letting God see what was occurring.

Fun Fact Friday

1. Sarethiel is the most vain archangel, even though they are constantly changing their appearance and changing male and female. You might not ever see their face, but Sarethiel knows that if you did, it would be the best looking face in the room (or at least according to them).

2. Drinks Tom would make for the archangel nestmates (not including Gabriel for obvious reasons):

Ramiel: It depends on his mood, but in a good mood a modified hurricane (1 oz coconut rum, 1 oz dark rum, fill with orange juice and pineapple juice, splash of grenadine with a float of 1/2 oz dark rum, topped with a pineapple and cherry). In one of his darker moods, vodka on the rocks.

Israfel: Scotch, neat, if it’s later in the evening. If it’s early, a glass of orange muscat.

Michael: A white gummi bear, modified into a highball cocktail (3/4 oz peach schnapps, 3/4 oz raspberry vodka, splash of lime juice, fill with sprite)

3. Ezor(a) would have copied Gabriel’s wing color and Angel Blade (if they hadn’t been cut.)

4. Marie Garrow, formerly Taylor, did not grow up in a formal pack. Her parents were ambassadors working on uniting all wolves as well as monitoring the status of packs. She met Tom in college, and the two were almost immediately smitten. Marie was determined to start a new pack, and given her extensive contact with other packs was able to pull together enough members to be officially declared as a new pack. Her decision to move to Jericho City was considered strange, but as there were no conflicting claims it was allowed.

5. The population of Jericho City is roughly 61,000. The police force is 117 members strong.

Gabriel gets a hold of a particular calendar. Inspired, they shows it to the other arcangels, starting with their nestmates. "We should do something like this! Though I suppose we need a few more people. Ooh, Lucifer would be great for October!"

Israfel shrugs. “If you insist.”

Michael: “I–uh–this isn’t–Gabriel!”

Hanael: “This is a human calendar, isn’t it? Why? And why would you even bring his name up?”

Auriel: “I see you’ve become a fan of interesting calendars… I suppose I would be willing, if it were for a good cause.”

Raphael: “It is an entirely pointless endeavor, and insulting if you wish to include the King of the Fallen, the Traitor himself, in anything with other angels.”

Sarethiel: “Oooh, what a lovely idea. I’ll cover half of the year though; we don’t need Lucifer, as amusing as that might be. I’ve got it covered. Six different appearances is easy.”

Who were the former archangels that Gabriel, Ramiel, Michael, and Israfel replaced? And what happened to them, death?

The first seven archangels were Lucifer, Barachiel, Kepharel, Semjaza, Azrael, Apollyon,and Raziel. Lucifer, Azrael, and Raziel fell. Barachiel was killed. Kepharel isretired and considered unstable as they were reduced to their base essencebefore being found and returned to Heaven. Semjaza and Apollyon are retired. There have been two temporary archangelsappointed for war times who are not currently active, Jbrail and Lhamael.

The next selected were Auriel, Gabriel, Michael, Israfel,Raphael, Ramiel, and Jophiel. Ramiel Fell, and Jophiel retired. They werereplaced by Sarethiel and Hanael. Hanael had previously operated as an archangelin war time before being promoted to the position on a permanent basis.

Do the other archangels like Gabby very well?

1. Michael loves Gabriel, as hard as it is to believe.

2. Israfel adores Gabriel and is always in their corner.

3. Auriel is fairly impartial to Gabriel. She likes them better than most of the others, but they don’t cross paths often for her to have much of an opinion.

4. Raphael dislikes most angels, Gabriel included.

5. Being liked by Sarethiel is probably not a good thing. Not that anyone ever knows what Sarethiel really thinks.

6. Hanael looks up to them as an older archangel, but she is quick to dislike anything that is not ‘traditional’ or expresses doubt in Heaven and their purpose, so if you are neutral or openly rebellious against Heaven, she will start to hate Gabriel (though always with a smile!)

does Sarethiel ever get lonely because people stay away from them?

Sarethiel doesn’t get lonely (besides, there are plenty of people fools who get close to them).

Also, it’s difficult to avoid Sarethiel when you can’t always be sure of who Sarethiel is.
