Sarke is a special kind of band as they combine different elements (black metal, thrash, doom, prog) but the result is coherent and unique. I would describe them as a more melodic and melancholic version of Celtic Frost or recent Darkthrone better as they share the same vocalist; the one and only Ted “Nocturno Culto”. Their latest album is also really good but I think last year’s “Bogefod” is my favorite.
