So I feel like I need to say something about this whole Malik family drama as I think many of you are being WAY too harsh. I feel being on the internet everyone is so easy to just write people off because they make problematic mistakes. Being problematic doesn't make you a bad person. Whilst the girls' initial responses could have been better, none of you made it easier for them by literally commenting on all their social media that they're shit people for doing this. When shit like this happens, help by educating and explaining to people why what they did was problematic or wrong. We all know the Malik family (including Zayn) are not racist, they just made some mistakes with out realising the affect they have being in their platform. So please please realise that just because they did or said this thing it doesn't make them bad people that you instantly start shitting on and finishing ties with! Imagine if all the mistakes you made meant everyone around you wrote you off. Your mistakes don't define you, so don't use them to define others.
