This week I am extremely happy to be with a group of dedicated students from Beaver Country Day School in Sarteneja, Belize. We are spending the week learning about the amazing conservation and rehabilitation work being done in northern Belize, and working closely with our local partners to conduct some research of our own on plastics, fishes, marine mammals, and terrestrial animals! My violent illness midweek led to an emergency race to Corozal so I’m a little slow on the updates, but soon you shall see what we have seen and you will squeak with joy! I promise! Here the beaver students were enraptured by a presentation by Zoe Walker during their visit to Wildtracks. @wildtracksbelize #belize @bcdschool #caribbean #fieldwork #sarteneja #animals #studenttravel #studentresearch #ilovemyjob #conservation (at Sarteneja, Corozal, Belize)
