Big Beasts #ReleaseTheHornyBitchesCut Master Post

A promise was made and now the promise will be fulfilled and chronicled in this one post. Each episode from Big Beasts will be trimmed down to an audio file that contains the most suggestive phrases uttered by its sexually apocalyptic narrator

To the best of my abilities, I’ll take out the animal noises and leave only his voice.

And yes. There will be a big celebration when he finally says the words ‘stalk his prey’. Maybe we should have a Big Beasts Bingo Card as well because so far we have ‘intimidate’, ‘to breed’, and ‘it’s not easy being huge’. I may or may not be halfway tempted to make that, too, but one thing at a time 😂

the SAS vernacular: what is the S.A.S.?

SAS in this community stands for "Sexual Apocalypse Society", a collective of individuals dedicating a portion of their time (and lives) to thirsting, theorizing, and creating content for Loki, the God of Mischief in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. To some degree, this dedication extends to the actor portraying said god, Thomas William Hiddleston.

But see…"SAS" when out in the wild ('the wild' being the world outside of Tumblr), could very well mean something else. Most likely when you encounter this term in the wild, it will mean…

Special Air Services

THIS "S.A.S." refers to a branch of the British Army that specializes in covert surveillance, close-combat training, and hostage release. You have most likely heard this usage of the term while watching movies or tv shows.

Fun fact: Capt. James Conrad, Hiddleston's character in Kong: Skull Island is a former SAS tracker, so we have a nice little full circle thing going on here.

yes hi hello greetings. i may or may not have completely leaned in to the unhinged side of my brain today and started a silly little non-writing project, so i’m just gonna go ahead and let y’all know about it so i don’t back out of it 😂

the SAS Vernacular

the concept (if you can call it that 😂) is that i compile a list of words, acronyms, phrases, etc. that are often encountered when a SAS thread pops up on the dash. these can be otherwise regular words that are encountered outside of our nice lil corner of the internet, and in cases like those, i will include both meanings to guide ourselves as well when we are out in the wild 😂

if y’all have a specific phrase/word/acronym that you want included, you can DM me or send me an Ask and i’ll make a post for it.

this is all going to culminate in a collection of pictures like those dictionary ‘word of the day’ type entries mostly so that i have a reason to practice both my infographic skills and my calligraphy skills.

like i said, it’s a silly lil thing i wanna do for the funsies and hopefully you’d all get a lil kick out of it, too 😅
