To Keep or Not to Keep: Snake

Canon Power: Second chance

Reasons to keep it 1) allows more flexibility in terms of whether or not Ladybug can get hit by the villains as well as more instances of the heroes’ identities being (temporarily thanks to the snake) like in Wishmaker 2) 

Reasons to change it 1) raises questions regarding the timeline 2) might be too much of a story-breaker power

Suggestions for new powers 1) healing- as I have said before in previous post, I think healing could be a good choice to change the snake’s power to (and you could still keep the name Second Chance); though 1 possible downside is that it could lead to some fridge logic as why Gabriel would continue tying to steal the ladybug and cat miraculous instead of shifting his focus to the snake. Then again, Gabe continuing to focus on the ladybug and cat could be a good way to foreshadow that there’s more to his goals than simply saving Emilie. Plus, it would remove a lot of the tension from scenario where say Hawk Moth steals a lucky charm (like he did in Destruction) after seriously wounding 1 or 2 or Ladybug’s allies if Viperion has the ability to fix them up afterwards. However both of these problems can be solved by implementing a time limit for how far back an injury to have occurred in order to Vipeiron to be able fix the damage, (though that would make curing illnesses impossible)

I can guess that the snake miraculous grants the power of hypnosis, the dog miraculous the power to 'sniff' someone out and the ox miraculous the power of strength.
