Chris knew there were would adjustments when he and Peter, after decades of dancing around each other decided to move in with each other full time, but this, well, it really took the cake.  There was no expecting that for the third night in a row, he’d be woken from a dead sleep by his werewolf lover snoring--well, more like growling really, in soft huffs and wuffs that put Chris more in the mind of a golden retriever than a fearsome supernatural creature.  The noise would be unbearable, save for the way Peter nuzzled, sleep warm and soft against Chris while he did it, and that, was something Chris could live with-- he’d never needed much sleep anyway.

It was a special day indeed, and Derek had been planning for it for weeks now, months even. It had taken quite some time before they had managed to put everything in to order, to try and convince the whole of the kingdom that Peter was the best thing for it. That he would rise it back up from the crumbling and neglected piece of land they lived on right now. People were poor and they were suffering, they even had before the massacre of his family. Derek trusted his uncle fully that he would do everything in his power to build their kingdom back up to what it once was. 

It was barely light and Derek had told Peters personal Steward that he would be taking care of waking his uncle up this morning. He let his eyes trail the halls and gently knocked on the door to his chamber before slipping inside. “Uncle?” He carefully said, keeping his distance.

Erica had been going to school part time and working at a local store after high school. Much hadn't changed since graduation but her time with the pack had increased. She tried to see them once a day and that's how she ended up in the kitchen throwing a sandwich together. Her blonde hair was pulled up into a messy bun on top of her head and her work clothes looked a little askew. Erica hummed as she pulled everything she needed from the fridge and placed it on the counter. Her ears picked up on someone walking but she didn't pay much mind to it. @sataninavneck

blood on our hands

The wind whipped through the Jeep, cooling through the overheated vehicle as they wound down roads in the scorching heat. Of the days to pick to drive out to a little town in the middle of nowhere - or so it felt - today might not have been the best, but Stiles couldn’t bring himself to truly worry. In denim shorts and a light top, the drive was pretty comfortable, with minimal sweating. Well, as minimal as possible, anyway. Music was pumping out of the terrible speakers that Stiles had a strange attachment to, music that he’d fought Peter over being able to play. It was turned down, however, as they started to drive into residential Beacon Hills.

“Did’ya book a hotel? Or we gotta find one?” Stiles asked, glancing across to his partner in crime - literally - before focusing back on the road to look out for any signs for somewhere to stay. He knew this place was supposed to be pretty small, and in their haste to get out of the last town, he hadn’t had a chance to sit down and research properly. It left him on edge, but what he had heard and read made this place seem like the perfect place for them. At least for now.
