Satellite Map of the Planet
This map was made in partnership with the Federation Agency for Cosmological Exploration. The image mosaics of various regions are composited over a pre-existing map using the Miller projection favored by Lassiter Media’s publishing division.
This map best demonstrates the distribution of biomes within the planet itself, showcasing the massive contrasts between verdant grasslands and forests in wet regions, arid desert in the rain shadows of continents, and frigid permafrost in the north and south poles. The map depicts the colors of planetwide vegetation during early summer.
