Ingredients: 1 cup peanut butter. 1/2 cup honey. 2 cups rolled oats. 1/4 cup chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted, stirring halfway through. Stir in rolled oats until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts, if using. Press mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
