Saiki and Satou Ranma shenanigans?
[ID: four-panel Saiki K fan comic featuring Satou and Saiki. Satou calls: "Hey! You’re Saiki, right?" Saiki turns towards him (in full canon-typical shoujo mode) and thinks: "Satou is directly addressing me??" Satou says: "Ah, sorry to ask you that, it’s kind of embarrassing, but—" Saiki thinks: "And his awkwardness level is perfectly normal!!" Satou, flustered, continues: "T-Toritsuka told me you had a sister? I think I met her the other day…" he thinks: "Well it’s not like we actually talked, but… she was so cute!! Maybe Saiki can help me see her again?" A flashback shows him admiring Kuriko from afar as Toritsuka panics in the background. Straight-faced and without missing a beat, Saiki hands Satou a piece of paper signed with Kuriko’s name and a heart. He thinks: "Starting from today, I will be female." Satou exclaims: "Huh?? Are you seriously giving me her number??" Saiki thinks: "Farewell, Kusuo." /end ID]
Two of my favourite gags that I wish were exploited more are 1) Saiki actively trying to become friends with Satou and 2) people thinking Kuriko is Kusuo’s pretty sister, so I just combined both of them for maximum self-indulgence. :p
