04-29-2016 - Believe In Yourself ! Life Is Too Short to Waste Time!

I thought this month the theme of our BALA Reinvention Newsletter to dedicated to Believe/Belief. In the spirit and ethos behind Believe and Live Again, what better way to reach out to you all than to share about belief. This includes belief in God, belief in yourself, negative toxic beliefs, limiting beliefs and how to improve and strengthen your belief in yourself.

It goes without saying that divorce, separation or the breakdown of a serious relationship, is a major life transition which rocks the very fabric of one’s life, in the most parts, a very traumatic and devastating ordeal like no other, resulting in an emotional upheaval beyond anything we could ever imagine.

Wherever you may be currently in your recovery journey, there are some very specific things you can do right now especially in terms of your BELIEFS. What and who you believe (including yourself) will enable you to cope more effectively after the divorce, separation or relationship breakdown. It might not feel like it now, but if you are able to deal with your beliefs, this experience will make you stronger.
