yo! since alistair is a warrior and not a rogue, the sword and shield combo is his go-to attack system. he probably won't use a bow at all unless you equip him with one and force him to use it! also, when your party members "die" they will regain consciousness (sustaining a debilitating injury in the process) when all the enemies in the immediate vicinity are dealt with. I'm p sure this is true for all difficulties c: have fun!
