Home made tartare sauce!

You will need:

1 cup mayonnaise 2 teaspoons chopped parsley 2 teaspoons chopped gherkin 2 teaspoons chopped capers 2 teaspoons chopped olives lemon juice

Method

Combine all ingredients, minus the lemon juice, in a bowl.  Mix lemon juice a little at a time to the desired taste and consistency. Enjoy!
