So a few weeks ago I had my first go at making sausage. I ended up making about 15 pounds of Venison sausage with bacon and cheese in it. While I was at it I thought I'd try something different and added taco seasoning to a few links. Tonight I finally got around to testing them out, so we had Venison sausage tacos. They came out amazing! I tossed them on the Spider 22 at 300 and they only took about 18 minutes to hit an internal temp of 160.
