I was just having a conversation the other day about how I’ve yet to cook the best steak I’ve ever had. Tonight I cooked the best beef tenderloin I’ve ever had by a long shot. Tender enough to cut with a fork and flavor for days. The @spider.grills Venom and the Weber rotisserie are a match made in heaven! Last night I trimmed and tied the whole tenderloin then seasoned it with garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper. I tightly wrapped it in cling wrap and tossed it in the fridge. I tossed it on the grill at 225F and let it roll for about 2.5 hours brushing it every 30min with rosemary and garlic butter.
