We are gettin' down to bare bones here for the last potluck I'll be going to in April. Leftover cooked oatmeal with an opened can of apple pie filling (plus other stuff) and voila! Vegan Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal muffins. Because apparently #saveallthemonies leads to veganism by necessity.
