#savekatoku #tbt to walking around the beach and taking some fresh farm veggies to Yoshikawa-san at Yoshikawa Koubou indigo-dyeing workshop. She fed us some giant kimchi-flavored bamboo shoots from Sumiyo and these amazing local "Tanga" river crayfish. On a future visit, she made this boiled dragonfruit dish with honey and Kikaijima zarame granulated sugar.
