Beautiful Gibbons of Thailand 🇹🇭 Thankfully there are organizations actively working on behalf of these magnificent animals. This is a #Repost from @gibbonguardians ・・・ We are fortunate to study wild gibbons in one of the few protected gibbon habits in Thailand. But extensive logging throughout most of Thailand has reduced forest coverage across the country to less than 30%. Thai forests are home to a whopping 23% of the world's biodiversity!! That makes Thailand a biodiversity hot spot and an area of critical importance to our planet's eco-health! Trees are vital for the survival of all of life on earth. That's why we're working hard to help restore rainforests in Thailand with our 'Rainforest Restoration' program that aims to protect, conserve and regenerate gibbon habitats to help our beloved endangered apes both survive and thrive in the jungle! Behind the scenes, we're hard at work updating our website to tell you more about 3 new projects we're launching this summer/fall with ways for you to join us and help! Be the first to know when we re-launch our website and stay up to date with all our latest news by subscribing to our e-newsletters through the link in our bio. #LetsConnect #GibbonGuardians #MyPrimeEarth #ProtectOurTrees #Thailand #ThailandGibbons #SaveTheGibbons https://www.instagram.com/p/B-qcxEAgNCW/?igshid=w7pdquv0ptck
