Aegis, the Earth's Shield!
Hailing from the moons of Jupiter, Aegis is a relatively new hero who, regardless, managed to strike quite the renown among earth's populace. This is in no small part due to her flashy and bombastic fighting style, often goading and taunting her opponents during fights before finishing them off with quick and decisive strikes.
Her powers involve weather manipulation, which, in tandem with her large cape, allows her to manipulate the wind and fly. She uses said power to keep on her toes during combat and evade attacks, as well as remaining in the sky outside of combat and during her daily patrols. Beyond this, she also has super strength and, as an extension of her weather manipulation, the power to control electricity and lightning, which play into her fighting style and combat prowess.

A little something for you guys because it's been a while since I've posted here
Been playing around a bit with Cali's cape a bit, one of the more recent changes being that it's alive now.
Jun, a sort of squid-like organism that hides out in her helmet (seen in the top left), has four longer webbed tentacles that he can extend from the back of Aegis' helmet. Aegis, meanwhile, forms a mental bond with Jun to allow her to manipulate her cape with more finesse. Jun himself can still operate independently though, and while he's more likely to help Aegis, he still has a tendency to strike people unprompted or hold onto something to hinder her.
Aegis and other Jovians also utilize different "styles" with their capes, with her mainly using three:
Kraken is specifically for combat. Cali uses Jun to strike at the opponent like a whip while also using him defensively to form shields and catch attacks that get close enough. It's also Jun's favorite because it lets him hit people.
Jellyfish allows her to hover in place in the air, though movement is possible. Sometimes, it's used for meditation.
Finally, Manta is for soaring and faster flight, as well as allowing the user to manipulate wind through stronger gusts.

25. What does your OC want most?
I think Aegis' main desire is really just, "to protect people" and a lot of her decisions stem from that somewhat vague desire. She went into self-exile from her home because she killed someone she didn't mean to during a fight, she works with other heroes because that's their overall goal, and she makes effort to make herself the center of attention during combat to ensure no one else gets caught in the scuffle. It gets to the point where she can take a loss of life or any collateral pretty bad, and overexert herself even in situations where someone else could handle things to ensure no one gets hurt.
