Starman (right) is an alien from the planet Nova. Nova is a planet with rather outdated ideas. One day Nova exploded and Starman, along with 3 others were the last of their species. Starman found his way to earth and crash landed into Townsville, ruining the water supply. Anti-Starman (left) landed on earth as a baby and learned modern earth ideas. Anti-Starman grew to loathe Starman and Novians as a whole
Starwoman is Starman's wife under a Novian arranged marriage, she believes all the controversial ideas that Starman believes but instead of believing men are superior she thinks women are better. She saw the rampant misogyny in Nova and tore the planet in half she told nobody it was her doing. She is one of the strongest Novians ever but was never allowed to join the Novian military.

Ja'el was a part of The Novian Genocide. His whole family died except him. He also managed to survive Nova's destruction. When he learned the same fascists who put him in that camp was on earth be vowed to make sure no Novian ever rises to power ever again.

Ja'el - luck based immortality
Starwoman - super strength exceeding that of a regular Novian.
