This Savory Breakfast Bread Pudding is a delicious strata that's layered with ham & cheese. Best yet - it can be prepared the night before.

Have some fridge ingredients I need to use up, so I’m going to try making this! I might let it sit overnight and then bake for breakfast tomorrow ^_^

Layered the bread, spinach mixture, cheese, and egg/punpkin mixture twice. Let that sit fifteen minutes to allow the bread to soak up the egg mixture before baking.

Another very much not low-fat recipe, but good for winter.

Gonna let that soak in the refrigerator for about an hour/hour and a half. Got the slices of bread spread with a mixture of ricotta, parmesan, rosemary, and chives. The bottled parm works perfectly fine for this recipe. Save the fancy fresh-grated stuff for finishing a dish, or if you need it to melt and incorporate well.
