Pastry Boats Cut a pastry sheet in 4, & fold each quarter in half lengthwise, then sit each boat up & press the long ends together to form a boat.
Fill with fillings of your choice;
Make a bed of greens like spinach leaves, parsley, or basil, or rosemary spring onion & the fill with Goats cheese
Feta cheese
Chicken
Mushroom 
Drained tuna
Smoked salmon 
Ham 
Sun dried tomatoes
Cheery tomatoes
Diced zuchini 
Diced capsicum 
Red Onion or caramelised onion 
Capers 
Olive tapenade 
Diced olives
Roasted capsicum
Roasted sweet potatoes The list is endless!
I use lots of leftovers Then top with a little grated cheese 
& bake in moderate oven approx 20 min.
