Caffetteria Sbuccia, Finalborgo (SV), Italy.
This place has basically saved me - and the fact that I had the chance to literally spend hours there (here's a big thank you to some very beloved persons in my family...)
I sat in front of the café on the street (you see that bench, the seat on the left, next to the black metal chair? Yes, that's mine!), drinking caffe´ latte, apple-carrot-ginger-juice and having a biscotto. And writing. I wrote up to two and a half hours a day. It was great.
The owner is a man in his fifties, with grey curls and the kindest, friendliest eyes you can think of. Since I hardly speak any Italian and he didn't speak any English, we couldn't talk much, but somehow his kindness meant a lot to me (I was in quite a state when I went there first). Additionally, they sell wonderful ceramics, plates and mugs and small bowls and large bowls...
