Louis Vuitton's Sophia Coppola Bag

The Sofia Coppola bag by Louis Vuitton, which was collaborated on back in 2008 with the  famous director (among some of her many accomplishments) have since released a collaboration also involving the Cruise 2012 line for Louis Vuitton. The SC bag as it’s often referred to is available in lovely spring colors such as Teal, White and Red.

A new size for the Sofia Coppola Bag is set to be launched this coming July as part of the Louis Vuitton Parnasséa Collection. This is the SC BB Bag, made of Veau Cachemire leather.

Sofia Coppola has recently created limited edition SC bags only for Le Bon Marche in Paris, which are released on Oct 1, 2013. It includes a dark blue cobalt bag with pink edges that are hand painted. It will be released in PM (small) and BB (Xsmall) sizes. 

Fast Forward...2013

Sofia Coppola has been tapped to lend her stylish eye to the windows of famed Paris department store Le Bon Marché. The project is to celebrate the launch of a new miniature version of the SC bag that Coppola designed for Louis Vuitton four years ago - a style that has proven so popular that the fashion house decided to revisit it new colourways and a new size (and a new name, the BB), this season.

The director has designed 10 different windows for the store – fun and eye-catching displays featuring a mixture of pink neon hearts, baby deer, cherries and balloons – with the BB bag starring centre-stage. They were unveiled this week to neatly coincide with the start of Paris Fashion Week.
