Scott's eyes were fixated on Aiden.  On the way the man's brow crinkled when he slept, or when his hand absently stratched at his nose. No one would have ever guessed the vicious Aiden Young suffered from nightmares. Fragments of his time after death, where he was, what he experienced haunted him, tore at him while he slept. Tonight Scott had woken. With a start, the sound of Aiden's shouts echoing through house. The scent of his fear thick in the air.

Scott did what he does every other night, he climbed into Aiden's bed. Wrapping an arm around the beta pulling him in close so Aiden can catch his scent. Something to sooth his sleeping mind, to let it know he was protected and safe.  But tonight was different for Scott. He laid there beside Aiden, their foreheads resting against each other, his eyes scanning the other's face for any sign of distress when that familiar pull tugged at his chest. Old feeling stirred and as he laid there half asleep Scott McCall did something he would normally never do. Finger tips brushed against Aiden's cheek, his hand cupping the back of the Beta's head as he leaned forward pressing his soft lips against Aiden's. Please don't hate me.

In other news, I had a teenie tiny mini chat with Max Carver when he signed my autograph and I asked him to write "Scott + Aiden" on it, so he chuckled and looked up at me and said "Like.. Scaiden?" and then he did this, drawing the heart and the arrow and everything. And before he gave it to me, he said "You have my approval." Best. Thing. Ever.
