This is the final result of my work on the Aoshima Nissan Top Secret BNR34 Skyline GT-R '02. It appeared to be a big challenge for me and I'm not happy with it. But I learned a lot and looking forward with a hope to be better at scale modeling. Thanks to everuyone who commented, followed, liked my work. I will continue to produce this kind of content and maybe complement it with the video if there will be interest in it.

Been extensively working on the interior, mostly for the seats. And here is the result
I also did some interior pre-assembly to see how it is going to look
The next I’m going to finish with the interior and continue working on the body. Mostly carbonization stuff.
As I am a big fan of Ferrari, the next car will also be a Ferrari. This time Ferrari 458 Italia. I reckon that it is one of the most beautiful designs ever and I really love how it looks. Even though I believe that the red color fits perfectly for Ferraris, I wanted to have some diversity in my collection. Thus I decided to paint it in yellow.
So here is the reference pic.
As for previous models I want to implement lights and sound, but in a little bit different way.
And I learn with every model and before I will go with any modifications I need to do a test fitment to check what is possible. I didn’t do this before.
I had an idea to implement very detailed lights like on a real car
But those holes appeared to be too small. I don’t even have a drill with that diameter, so I declined this idea and will go with the main light only.
Interior is my favorite part! Even though I’m not very good at it. But I am excited to start working on it. And of course 1st step is flocking.
To imitate the carpet. Then enrich it with some PE-parts
“Carbonization”! It was my first time when I used carbon decals.
And the seats. I used semi gloss black and flat black to give the feeling of different materials on the seats. But with the yellow accents I had to work better
Next step in the building.
According to the reference
The wheels are gold but the rim is silver. The wheels in the kit are prepainted fully gold thus the work should be done.

And after couple of hours…
Was exhausted and decided to postpone the painting for the next day.
Not perfect but pretty good.
The next step is a bit of carbonization. It was my 1st time using carbon decal for such a big part.
But having nice advices and proper tools and chemicals I managed that job.
