Breaking News: The House passed a resolution to end President Trump’s national emergency on the border. A handful of Republicans backed the measure.
Speaker Ryan responded: ‘What’s said in the family stays in the family.’ GOP leaders now cast the exchange as ‘an attempt at humor.’
