Heyy, I have a question l. Maybe someone can answer me. Due to autism I have issues with food. Especially fresh fruits and vegetables. My taste is too strong to bear them. Does anyone have tips and advice on what to eat so I can live more healthily and eat less junk?
You're saying it's a taste issue? I personally find celery to be a non-issue food with no major taste but I'm not sure how it is for you. Throwing this one to the masses.
