been pondering gleefully recently about how our prior trio with aria was. it wasn’t ever really a proper trio, it was us and mari and then the person neither of us had the bravery to drop because we felt like it was our obligation to save them from their troubles. we were always so much closer to each other and we clicked in a way we didn’t with them — DMing together, sending reels all the time, making OCs — and as much as we tried to force the trio to work it just didn’t. because aria was not the type of person we meshed with lmao. i think towards the end of our friendship they started to notice but it was their own bed they made so they can lie in it
