bro having been around ppl w dogshit coping mechanisms for so long is such a wild and all consuming experience. like for example it makes me question my own coping mechanisms sometimes, even when they’re confirmed to be healthy..???? i’ll tell wife im irritated but don’t need to talk abt it bc im doing other stuff to cope and suddenly i’m worried i’m coming off like i’m avoidant and refusing to talk about my feelings without someone prodding me into it for hours. no hoe!!! that ain’t me!!!! that’s the ghost of oomfs past lingering in the background
