Scariest fkng dream ive ever had so far...

I blacked of my body on couch, saw a light, zoomed out of that tunneling light, then my spirit pulled tf out of my own body and looked back to see that rotting dark ash filled self laying there .. ((cursed i am.. name being changed but not sure if everyones on the same or opposite sides, not even sure if im speaking to an anonymous of states rn but the whole legal system is so far diff on opposite ends of earth.))

Flew out of that light tunnel, panick hovered in the unknown house, went to a mirror just like harry potters reflection, saw the truth, the good the bad, then flew to the rooms, a few were lit up in electric lights the rest were dark. Fkng haunting to feel it so damn real!!!!

One room was of an angry old asian lady with hair fully white in dark clothes, i peeked through the door with my left eye scared to see whos there, then when i saw her sitting right in front of door i immediately hover sprinted away to the opposite side of the house, looked around for clues of where i was, unfamiliar furniture and layout, mightve been 1920s decorations . I fkng hate design and art now. Art doesnt come from a place of evil, its not meant to. Then i saw an opened doorway to another 2 rooms lit up, headed straight there one of the rooms being the bathroom next to them had lights off but the other two were possibly living and bedrooms... Im so staggered by the increasingly terrifying nightmares 😭😭😭

Im scared to die . I dont trust medicine, plantbased remedies nor anyone on this planet anymore ... Worst is, i dont trust my own shadowself 😭💔❤️‍🩹

Then Mom told me during the early 1950s, before I was in grade school if there was an unsolicited call, my Mom and Dad would hand the phone to me and let me talk to them.
