Scaritage Skelita photo from 2015! I love love loved that they gave her a luchador mask theme. I grew up watching lucha libre matches because a family friend is actually a luchador! And m baby bro was really really into wrestling as a kid. It just made me so happy to see that on a fashion doll.

Also, love the sarape skirt! Also also, the fabric not being that awful crunchy plastic one that's used nowadays.

Anyway, her accessories were detailed a bit and given jewelry. Not too much had to be done.

WIP Wednesday!  This is what I’m working on for this week’s pattern :) 

I know I mentioned this a couple of months back but it’s come up into the rotation!  This is a salwar/shalwar kameez suit with churidar pants, the traditional fashion in western India/Pakistan.  It’s the only style I see younger women wearing around here (older ladies wear all kinds of stuff), I think because it’s a style that’s very malleable with western fashion?
