Imagine walking by the comic book writer who ruined your favorite character at a con. Just walking past their signing table and they look up. You sweep past in the most glorious of cosplay. Comic book come to life shit. Wind blowing your hair and cape perfectly. You lock eyes and hold the gaze as you walk past in that slow-mo glory, the shade is real. That stink-eye gives them shame so strong they get shivers. You break eye-contact first to look forward, nose in the air, you wouldn’t ask for their autograph and they are worse off for it because they aren’t worth /your/ time. Walk away and que writer slumping backwards into their chair, realization hitting them hard that they dun fucked up. Tears of regret choke them and they suppress it to save face.
