Grey's Anatomy AU

In which Wanda gets a job at Seattle Grace to find her long-lost brother who works as an orthopedic surgeon there. Except the night before her first day, she has a one-night stand with a man she meets in a bar across the street from the hospital, only to discover the next morning that he's her brother and her boss. 

"So why'd you move to the city?" the man asked, picking up his pants. 

Wanda was still watching him, her feet dangling over the edge of the couch. She wasn't wearing any underwear. "I'm looking for my brother," she said, watching him attempt to pull on one leg while hopping. "Pietro," she added as an afterthought.

"Pietro who?" he said, freezing, one leg still not in his pants.

"Maximoff," she said.

"FUCK," he said, the color drained from his face, "Wanda, I'm Pietro Maximoff." 

Cue "We're never going to speak of this again!" lots of tequila, and thirteen negative pregnancy tests later (just to be safe), the twins realize that maybe they're falling in love regardless.
