I'm Rachie, a 20 year old final year student nurse studying in England. My dream career is a neonatal nurse which ill be applying for within the next year to hopefully start working straight after qualifying in september 2018! Born at 25 weeks weighing 1lb 9oz, I knew my daughter was a fighter! Born after losing her brother Jack, Rhiannon became my rainbow baby and premature warrior.....She refused to be ventilated and kept kicking and screaming! In the end they had to sedate her so she could be ventilated! She was on a ventilator for a week, then CPAP for 10 days and low flow O2. She was in hospital for 100 days and fought every step of the way and she is now a stunning 22 year old.....Never underestimate the strength of a premature baby!
