Getting lost is frustrating, but in my experience, it nearly always leads to a great find. Such was the case when I stumbled into Scenic, South Dakota. It wasn't Scenic, but it was interesting.  This long abandoned town of nearly a dozen wood structures also had a Native American trading post and a gasoline station.

And three jails. That's right, this town must have been a swinging place during its heyday. I giggled at the message posted on the Saloons' door, thinking that its customers no doubt filled these jails.
