Update from me!

So, I'm sure you're all wondering where I've been for the past few months. Without going into too much detail, I have relatives on my dad's side in Poland who came to stay with us given everything going on in Eastern Europe right now, and on top of that, a relative was killed while fighting in the war. It's been tough on my whole family, and I've not really had much motivation to work on things until now. But never fear! I'm back, and planning to work on ALL OF THE THINGS. Some more specific updates:

CIU stuff: The scripts are still coming along as scheduled. Planning to release a new Endless Winter chapter later today! No need to worry!

Hero 2: Although I'm still waiting on a few art assets, I have managed to get in a little bit of coding when possible. It's still in progress. The second chapter will take longer than the first (mainly due to the sheer number of ES LI + Hero LI combinations there are) but rest assured, it'll be well worth the wait!

Thanks, everyone, for being patient with me, and I promise to get back to a more typical update schedule very soon!

I started a Ko-Fi! If you feel like helping me out, every little bit helps me spend less time struggling with rent, food, etc... and more time writing! I'll be posting regular updates (aiming for monthly) as to where I'm at with my various projects.

✨: There are so many answers for this one... but if I had to pick one, I'd say Naomi Nagata from The Expanse. Being part of two different cultures and often feeling like you have to choose between them at different times, while always staying loyal to those close to you... that conflict in her heart is something I relate to a lot, and one of my favorite things about that show!

🏘: The Mandalorian (specifically because things are relatively better-off there than they were during any of the other SW shows!)

🦄: I tend to be severely self-deprecating in real life. To the point of actually hating myself. It's something I'm working on but is a hard habit to break...

🦋: People probably think I'm kind, a bit weak, and VERY easy to guilt-trip. I'm the guy who'd apologize because two other people got in a fight. Or because someone hurt themselves accidentally in a completely different building. Or because anything bad happened to a human anywhere in the universe. I'd find a way to apologize and make it my fault somehow... *sigh* I seriously need to kick that habit.

Yeah, idk why they keep downplaying their other genres, first with the ads and now this. Anybody stumbling across Choices would be forgiven for thinking it’s just like all those other generic romance story apps out there…are they TRYING to not stand out from the crowd?

I really don’t know. Seems like it.

Maybe they didn’t want to look like they’re copying Lovestruck which does the same thing,
