You probably don't know this, but I keep a small jar of @penzeys2.0 Roasted Szechuan Pepper Salt in my travel go kit. It has a rich saltiness and that great buzzy pepperiness that only comes from Szechuan peppercorns. It gets its heaviest use in international travel.
