Anyone worth knowing that moved through Italy was known by Passione and, thus, by Trish. She knew every politician, corrupt or otherwise, every cop, every person that had even an inch of power. Some she could list by name, if they were that important. Power sometimes, was in the form of money -- and large quantities of it.
“Higashikata?” she repeated, the pronunciation falling clumsily out of her tongue as she narrowed her eyes at the information presented to her on the laptop. One of her capo’s seemed to have taken a keen interest in a boy under that surname moving through, enough to.. round him up for her further inspection.
Imports and exports of high-end luxury fruits. It wasn’t exactly a trade that her family dealt with, but it was one she recognised as a wealthy, profitable one. Surely the business man of such a trade was not so shrewd as to let their son, adopted or otherwise, remain under their.. roof.
Smiling to herself, Trish shut the lid of her laptop and made her way to inspect their ‘guest.’
“ -- That’s enough, boys. I’ll handle our newest goods.” With a single sentence, the men that had been crowding Josuke backed off. The room was nondescript; with him stationed, loosely bound, in a chair and blindfolded. There was little to note other than dim lighting. It seemed to be a sort of holding room, or an interrogation cell. She hardly cared what it was regarded as.
Once she was alone with him, Trish carefully approached, bending slightly at the waist to lower her face to be more at eye level to him. He didn’t look all too impressive. Decent build, maybe a little on the cute side, but otherwise, nothing stuck out to her immediately.
“Josuke Higashikata, correct?” she hummed, tapping his nose with the tip of her finger, as if they were merely playing a game than the dangerous situation he was really in. “ -- Do you know who I am? Why you are here?”
