[sighs] Oh Lipsy... I just... and he... and the sneer, can we not with the... and why... and the pretty.... and that legit is my favorite “Much Ado” movie, Joss’ came damn close to overtaking it, but I put it on par. And I mean THAT CAST - the ‘Nu, naturally, and Denzel and bebe Kate Beckinsale and the phenomenal Emma Thompson, and Branaugh who together brought some amazing snark, and cutie-patootie Robert Sean Leonard (who also brought the feels for me back in the day though not to a KR level) and holy moly, IMDB reminds me that Keaton even snuck in there. Y’all watch it when you get a chance, srsly, it doesn’t feel or sound like Shake-a-speare, they nailed it. Like, I found the Leo/Claire R+J movie didn’t pull it off, but even if you liked that? This beats it in terms of acting, not a contest. Joss’ is fantastic, too - Fillion *alone* makes it worth your time. Okay I’m done.
